Descripton says PCGS, it's not so I reported it. How can they say it's okay?

In my experience reporting things that are obvious counterfeits or otherwise wildly and intentionally mischaracterized, ebay will send me an initial message that tells me everything is fine with the listing and it will remain active. Later, however, it appears that most of those items are removed by the platform.
