1882-S Morgan - with black background - worth grading?

Is this worth grading? The black background is more prominent on the back than the front, which is a bit more worn.
Sounds like the black is toning based on the level of sulfur? I don't know much about that, yet. Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

You can get uncirculated one for under $100. Your grading cost is higher than coin is worth, which is worth melt value.
Would be a huge waste of money to submit, the coin is worth less than $30.
My Collection of Old Holders
Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
Is that a good thing or a bad thing?
Neither. It's a normal circulated Morgan dollar.
Looks like it’s been in that holder awhile, leave it be.
