Any idea what this coin is?

Silver found deep at an old site in Michigan. Size of an half dime. Only other image can find of it is of a similar circumstance from a site in PA. https://www.coincommunity.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=72667

Any ideas?

    I answered my own question… aluminum play money. Sounded like silver.
