Slab riddle, what do you think this is?

One of those purchases that just happens. I was surprised to learn what this is, but I suspect some of the slab aficionados will know just by looking at it.

Looks like a Conder 3.5 missing the PCGS outer frame.

Well that didn't take long. I think PCGS refers to it as Gen 2.2. The middle is a rattler without the rattle ...

No, it came this way. It was an inexpensive buy, and I was letting goo gone remove all the past sticker sins when I noticed the outer casing was loose. I did not know about the construction of the early Gen2 holders, but the clean separation lets me have my own Gen 1.3x rattler that doesn't rattle. I like it.
