lincoln cents minted in philadelphia bear no mint marks with one exception: 2017 have a P mintmark
in 1922, all lincoln cents were minted in denver. due to crud filling or partially filling the "d" on the die, it is possible to find a 1922 cents without the mintmark and was minted in denver
It appears to have been plated with something after it left the US Mint. Its value is one cent.

Nickel is a highly magnetic metal.
"When they can't find anything wrong with you, they create it!"
Plated with pure nickel (which is somewhat magnetic) and then a very thin gold plating over that.
Nickel is often used as a base layer for gold plating because it helps the plating be more steadfast.
