Found this 1987P with the top of memorial building and E PLURIBUS UNUM struck over the obverse top of building in the field and columns over Lincoln and E PLURIBUS UNUM through the date

The lettering is backwards and pressed into the surface, that is how it can easily be identified as a vise job and not an error.
