Help!! Has anybody been able to use their vouchers in the new online Submission process?

I've been trying to use the online Submission process and when I get to the final step where you add the voucher, it won't use it. The voucher number is already populated in the popup, but when I select "Apply", it doesn't get applied and the submission amount is the full price with no freebies. Help!!!
FYI - Tried on two different browsers, MS Edge and Firefox. No luck with either...

I just hit "Exit Beta" and used the older site.
Once that's gone, I'll just fill in the PDF.

Just an FYI. There appears to be a 'bug' in the new online submission center with vouchers.
Please consider forwarding the concern to the appropriate party.

I gave up and used a paper form. I encountered several issues with the new online submission process.
I had that happen yesterday as well and the CS rep I spoke with advised me to just manually write on the forms to apply my voucher number towards the submission. I also wasn't able to add the variety attribution to one of the dollars in the voucher submission and was also advised bny the CS rep that you indeed can specify a variety when using the vouchers so I manually wrote that on the form as well and we'll see what happens.
Submitting coins like this is a hobby and discretionary expense and is supposed to be fun IMO......this nonsense was a PITA and not fun at all, and I'm not even figuring in the long lines to submit these at the show tomorrow or Friday. CACG is looking better every day.
