Sorry to shout, but yeah, I had to yell! I hope it's not a fluke, but as of today, the "Report a Cert" function is WORKING AGAIN!!!!!!
Thank you to whatever team of magicians got this figured out!!!

Might have done the happy dance to soon. While they have now been reported still not available to be added. Backlog on requests?
In fairness, that problem had been a frustration for many many months before they broke the link. At least the link works and we get a trackable confirmation that the system has received our requests (as opposed to email that has a 65% chance of just dropping into their spam folders...) They fixed the Activity page issue (apparently) and the Report a Cert button -- they've probably got a two-miracle-per-year limit, so we may be hosed for anything else this year LOL
Additionally, it's been three business days since they got the button working - back when the Set Registry was a relatively efficient entity, with, like, staff and stuff.... three days was still a pretty uncommon goal. I'll keep my fingers crossed and hopeful. If my slot hasn't been added after a week, I'll use the activity page to add photos and see if that triggers anything.
Update - April 3 (a Thursday), Slot Request submitted. April 7th (Monday, afternoon) Slot Request approved. -- The system's still not showing my coin as "available" in the set, but historically that has taken a little extra time to 'update' -- regardless, I'm calling it really good progress. I hope it's a sign of good things to come.
--And just before midnight, April 7, requested coin slot went live and was able to be added. I'll call that a win. Hopefully the rest of you can find similar results :-)
Still nothing. Tried to request them again and told; "You already have a pending request to have Certification Number match this slot".

Sometimes, adding pictures on the activity page's link seemed to help in the past (even though there's no reason for them to need 'em...) -- worth a shot, if you haven't already tried it -- if nothing else, it can give you the satisfaction of hopefully annoying someone who isn't paying attention...
