1894 O Barber Half Dollar. Chance of PO1?

Any chance this 1894 O Barber would garner a PO1 grade? It appears quite similar to the PO1 on PCGS Photograde page.

Not enough wear for P01. Sorry. You could put her in ye old rock tumbler and get some more slick but unfortunately by doing so would be saying goodbye to its originality. If it's any consolation, looks like it would CAC.
