I paid about $3,000 USA dollars as the estate auction was in Canadian dollars for the lot of 100 cards mostly 1958 Topps and a few 1959 Topps.
Mickey Mantle x 2, Whitey Ford, Willie Mays x 2, Al Kaline x 2, Hank Aaron x 4, Ernie Banks x 2, Stan Musial, Felipe Alou rookie card, Hoyt Wilhelm, Warren Spahn, Stan Musial, Warren Spahn

You did good. Most of those will increase in value regardless of grade.

Basically trying to collect more vintage now. I just counted its 144 cards I got for about $3,000. They were selling the cards in auctions of 12 and grouped by numerical order. Was an estate auction held by a online Canadian local company that had no expertise in vintage cards. I missed out on a nice Ted Williams - 1958 Topps card I wanted. I tried to follow a bidding formula of max bid of 25% of what I thought the graded stars cards would be worth. The $3,000 included the auctions 15% they added to the purchase price.

I'm like Gameusedhoops....a '3' or '3.5' seems more accurate. I has a soft top right corner and a good bit od edge indentations. A '6' is unrealistic.
