1976 Washington Quarters slabbed backwards by PCGS ?

For my US 20th Century Type set I made the modest purchase of the set of bicentennial SF clad coins in PCGS PR69CAM. But the quarter seems slabbed backwards: the drummer boy on the front with the PCGS label and Washington on the reverse, like the photo attached here. Googling around the web it seems this is not the norm but is also not particularly rare. Was this done intentionally, at least for some time, by PCGS?
Thanks
John

They come both ways, by request. Perfectly normal

Thanks @jmlanzaf
(Although I am totally OCD-bothered by this and will be buying one with old George on the obverse)
But it also got me to (light) thinking.... over at least US modern coins: are there many with HUMANS depicted on BOTH obverse and reverse?
cheers!

Yes, some people ask for which way to have them slabbed.
"When they can't find anything wrong with you, they create it!"
I've seen Morgan dollars slabbed backwards since the reverse side had fancy toning. This was requested by the submitter.

I have a couple of coins for which I requested this precisely. Very common dates with uncommonly attractive reverses and I wanted to show off the goods.

So very many quarters with identical obverses. My preference is to display the reverses.
