I guess you never know when it comes to who runs these type of boards and what consideration they take. To the best of my knowledge I have spent the last 7 or 8 years on various coin sites and 90% of my posts are coin related. I would rate my salacious, irreverent quotient somewheres around oatmeal. Still. About 2 months ago NGC banned me from their boards and I used my smartphone they removed all my posts. such as my last post reviewing a new coin book by Bowers. In the topic list they are, but within each topic they are oval.

    This calls for a boycott.

No one should post any parking lot finds or 1964 SMS half dollars until this is fixed. And maybe that boycott should continue even if they fix the site, just to let them know we're serious. 😠

Ah crap! Just when I found a bunch of 1964 SMS's and rolls of 1922 Proof dollars in the parking lot.

It appears to be back to its old visual version, or at least close. However, it is good to know that my avatar looks dapper both in the original cropping format and cropped as an oval!

And one can even distinguish the tiny green face among the tiny avatars they show for "Like" votes.

I just wish companies would ask their clients if it's ok for them to change things. Then, they would have thousands of options to choose from. :o

However, I don't care for the elongated avatar; I can't see my dogs head and eyes. :'(

Well I’m sure this thread is monitored by the BigWigs and if this is a Vote…. I say stay with the existing format. We are for the most part older men who are happiest when things Do Not Change.

I'm guessing there isn't a test "production" environment.
I've worked for companies where things got tested before being rolled out, in a "real" environment, and I've worked in companies that wouldn't pay for the hardware to set up that type of environment and so all changes were "tested" internally and then pushed out to see what may....and it usually ended up with problems.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Is the case closed on the ‘fractured forum?’ Was it it really an April Fools prank by our esteemed hosts, or was it something else?
