I just received an email from Emilio that contained all of my 2024 Best of Registry awards(20).
They are PDF files that I can print out myself.

I got one as well. A very nice surprise

Did you request them or did they just show up?
I requested them right after the Best of Registry winners were announced back in Sept? 2024.

Yes, Emilio is great! However, my understanding is that he is no longer “an Army of One”. He now has the help of @PCGS_Hy , who is also great!

I was hoping that they could sent them automatically to every winner. Especially since we are talking for PDF files which are then may be printed by each one of us. They could have developed an RPA and in this way they would save time and improve members' experience and appreciation...
