Shout out to Heritage

Kudos to Heritage for their responsiveness. On 3/25 I sent Heritage the following regarding one of their auction lots:
Topic: Report an error/bug, description or lot correction
Question: I believe the description on the PCGS holder is incorrect. This appears to be a square base knob 2 not a curve base knob 2. The curve base knob 2 is either O106 or O107, this coin appears to be an O108. There is a price difference. Thought I would bring to your attention in case you want to comment in the auction description. Here's the listing: Auction 60448 | Half Dollars » Bust Half Dollars. 1828 50C Curl Base 2, Knob, VF35 PCGS. PCGS Population: (16/116). (PCGS# 6149)
The next day I received a response thanking me and to let me know that their catalogers were taking care of this issue. They corrected in both the auction title and description.
Thankfully there are legit auction sites for us collectors to buy/sell on that have our interests and the hobby at the forefront.

Over the years I have reported a number of lot description errors. HA has always been appropriately responsive.
