Does this Carson City Mint Mark look legit?

Not an expert by any means, but I’ve seen my fair share of CC mint marks and this just looks a little off. Your comments are appreciated. Thank you.

The coin looks just fine to me in regards to authenticity.

This doesn't apply to the mint mark but can you post a picture of the entire obverse? The reverse strike is hammered with amazing detail and no luster. As far as the mint mark goes I'll leave that to an expert.
I was hoping to get a little input before I played my hand. I appreciate all comments and opinions
Thanks
If you’re trying to obtain assistance, why would you hesitate in playing your hand and showing pictures of each side of the coin?

When I am checking mintmarks, I compare to those on COINFACTS - I do not like yours as I can not find a similar

I initially hesitated in providing the obverse because of the ding on it and the fact that it’s a desirable date.
Really wanted to see if the mint mark was the giveaway to a fake or counterfeit
Thanks
Thank you, I did check against known 1870 cc dollars and that’s what prompted my query to the group
Mintmark and date aside, the obverse, in particular, looks too mushy/(edited to questionable) to me.

The size, style, and shape of the "CC" appears to match one of the dies for the 1870-CC Seated Liberty Silver Dollar.
But more study is required before declaring the coin genuine. I do not see any obvious signs of it being counterfeit.
Thank you very much
