1976 FM Malta 25 Cents, Second Recorded Specimen

Just got this 2nd recorded specimen from abroad, not Malta. It is matte uncirculated and Mintage if 300 evidently sent to Valletta where they seemed to languish and then disappear. Struck in Culero-nickel and NO collector versions made in any metal, and identical in design to earlier Royal Mint 25c coins.
Photo a bit dark but am showing before and after restoration with soap and water and then dilute clear ammonia. I will post better photos later:

After:

    Cupro-nickel not Culero. Lol
Umm, don't look that Spanish term up unless you are a "player"!!

Fabulous discovery of this second example! And, yes, I was wondering what Culero-nickel was.
