I agree with this, too much of date to be lower. You can still call it a lowball though.
It used to be with Morgans it required a PO1 to be a lowball and with some dates, FA2.
Now any worn looking silver dollar is and can be called a Lowball, even coins with problems.
It has been a somewhat interesting turn of events over the last 20 to 30 years.
