Would this coin be considered a Franklin Full Bells?

I was just looking at some of my old coins when I came across this and then I remembered hearing about FBL? So like most newbies I googled it. I’m. It sure if it’s just me or does it look like this can be a full bell or it’s nowhere near FBL? What does the community think?

    Is your coin a proof strike? they do not designate proofs.

    I realize some have mentioned that proof Franklins are typically found with FB and that the TPGs do not designate them as such, but I don't recall seeing in this thread that anyone has told you definitively that this is a proof coin. As such, I will let you know that this is definitively a proof coin and that, because of that fact, you need not worry about the FB designation.

    FYI the term is "Full Bell Lines", FBL or sometimes FB, not Full Bells.

    Yes, numismatic terms are picky and often somewhat irrational (lamination vs. delamination being one peeve of mine), but they serve as a useful shorthand when used correctly, especially if you go searching for information.
