GRADES POPPED....and I'm NOT furious - Part 2

The last of my 80s/90s Special subs popped yesterday, a couple weeks ahead of schedule.
13-card sub this time. Mostly low pop Oddballs as usual. Again, no crazy random low grade 4s or 5s.

(5) of the cards were hand cut from box bottoms/retail packaging and got (2) 8s and (3) 9s.
I did get a couple 10s, both from the same issue, but there were a couple that had legit shots instead getting 9s and 8s.
Here are a few...

This is a pretty tough low pop card with no 10's. Really thought it could match the highest grade of 9.

Not sure what I'm missing here. Certainly didn't expect an 8.

    That 88 Puckett is so sharp and clean. Looks like a 9 all day.
