Have you given much thought as to the type of coin dated 1531 that you are seeking to fill the slot? It would be areal challenge to find and select a country/city/state whereby something significant happened that year.

There's a Prussian Groschen that seems to be fairly available, so I may get that. Filling in the dates I need in the 15th century back to 1481 will be more of an "I'll take what I can get" situation, within reason.

Much to like on that taler: early date, nice strike, attractive surfaces and color, classic design with St George slaying a dragon..... well done!
