Braddick - That Lincoln in your signature sure is sweet!!! Show us some more of that if you can.
I know I know, I cheated
Would love to still have that coin to image now that I have a camera...maybe I'll figure out who I sold it to...
RELLA
who boasts of twenty years experience in his craft
while in fact he has had only one year of experience...
twenty times.

Is this thread still active? It is now. Let's resurrect it.
Both red, same dates, same denominations, same holders, same grades..............wait for it..............different denominations. 🤣 😉 👍🏻

Old post alert.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
Upon editing this photo, I found this coin slightly red.
Edit: I am not being @emeraldATV ’s doppelgänger, I’m being silly.

I really dislike forum members behavior who resurrect old meaningless threads (like this one that's 20 years old) with picture content gone when they could have started a new thread on their own. Just poor form in my view.
"Got a flaming heart, can't get my fill"
I just hit Like on a 20 year old post. Feel like an idiot.

Oh no, clean-up on aisle 4!
So you dislike me and my behavior? Does resurrecting old threads personally effect you that much? My intent was not it affect your emotional stability. Why not just move on to the next thread rather then insulting a member you dislike?
I considered starting a new thread on Red coins. I did a search to see if there was already one out there. I found this one by @braddick.
I actually think this thread is still quite applicable.
"Got a flaming heart, can't get my fill".... I can tell! 😂 😉
Hey @braddick - @Catbert thinks your thread is meaningless.

AT, but red, from my AT experiments 20 years ago, from the same time period that this thread was started. I miss Shylock and Mad Marty and Lucy, nice to see their names again in this thread.

Slabbed by NGC as RB, it sure looks full red to me. And 162 years old:

Original proof set red.
Somewhat rare to have a toned Lincoln that still grades RD:
1926-S MS64 RD
USAF (Ret.) 1985 - 2005. E-4B Aircraft Maintenance Crew Chief and Contracting Officer.
My current Registry sets:
✓ Everyman Mint State Carson City Morgan Dollars (1878 – 1893)
✓ Everyman Mint State Lincoln Cents (1909 – 1958)
✓ Morgan Dollar GSA Hoard (1878 – 1891)
Kinda red.
It was probably red when it was graded and later toned while in the slab. That's why PCGS doesn't guarantee the color designation.
