memories are getting lost in cars attempting to flee but are eventually abandoned
traffic
this is a suggestion to flee before the evacuation warning
i am also going to say on 9/11, the small building complex i was in was told to go home. maybe 500 parking spots and 2 exits - one onto a main road with a light. it took hours to clear those lots. i thought the whole area was shutting down and expected gridlock on the streets.
nope
we were the only ones going home. hours to empty a parking lot smaller than a mall's.
the lesson is that the road system in the entire country isn't made for a mass fleeing. LA must be the worst. So, be proactive and leave before the last minute and before you think maybe, (but to take the point further, you're incinerated just about right where you are in a nuclear attack. 30 minutes? impossible)

did you have a break of time between yesterday overnight to this evening?
Friday night looked like this from our place
We went to the desert this weekend to get some fresh air and we had fire watch fatigue. Tonight the Santa Ana winds might be fierce and we are at their mercy. Still Red Flag
This was the fire on our street. We were spared. The Fire Dept was amazing. Just getting cars up these is tough sledding at times on our street
Thanks again for everyone who reached out to me on DM/Text/ Phone. It meant a lot. Will take all the positive vibes I can get
Walker Proof Digital Album Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
