  I believe it is--due to the muling. It is a minor difference, yet, attributed by the latest edition of the seminal catalog by Lin and Ma. That is, Y 109A, and hence, a new PCGS Spec Number (link: https://www.pcgs.com/valueview/1-1912-1934/1933-1-lm-109a-ws0145b-rev-34/4207?sn=809626&g=62&h=)
