A shout-out to the New York Giants

I think it would be both rude and disrespectful if Eagles fans didn’t give a warm friendly “Thank You” to the New York Giants for not signing Saquon Barkley. We sincerely appreciate it. Your kindness and generosity will not soon be forgotten.

Tell ya what. If the Eagles win the Super Bowl this season, I’m going to personally recommend to the NFL that when presenting the Eagles with the Lombardi Trophy, that the Giants receive some sort of tiny plastic replica of the trophy for assisting the Eagles in the championship.

    That was simply amazing. Perhaps it's happened before in the NFL, but I don't recall ever seeing that on any football field, even college, etc.

    Right now the Eagles are 5th in line with the oddsmakers to win this season's Super Bowl. Certainly the word "if" aptly describes the situation.

    But of course Darin believes there is no possible earthly outcome other than a Chiefs three-peat. 😆
