1.2 with the outer ring missing. Probably taken off to put on a doily holder.

1.2 - if the outer ring was missing, it would be a 2.1 or a 2.2.

No. Gen 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 have the outer ring with a bar code. Gen 1.2 does not have an outer ring.

As stated by others, the GEN 1.2 did not have a plastic collar; the GEN 2.x holders, however, did.
Also, as stated by others, it is not a GEN 2.x holder. The back of the holder is not a 'match' (i.e., no hologram).

It's just a generic rattler, which PCGS classifies as Generation 1.2. Easy.
