Definitely can see the mark on the neck, and a few minor marks on the reverse. I could see them bump it to 66 for eye appeal.

The 66s have it.
This was an impulse buy because of the toning and being offered just below guide. Nothing special just kinda cool.
Two observations: If the toning wasn't present this coin would struggle to get to 64 and if the toning was complete and resembled the colors between 12 & 2:00 then it would bring the moon money into play.
Also, I believe sliders like these are sometimes purposely not True Viewed.
