Need help identifying a baseball autograph to PSA it

I have a Brooks Robinson signed baseball (Brooks is on the sweet spot) that has a second signature that I'm trying to identify to send it in to PSA.
Does anyone have an idea on this one? A buddy of mine who died a couple years ago used to go to a lot of signings so I can't figure it out based on his scattered records.
I posted it on Autographs but that forum gets very little traffic.
If I cannot ID it can PSA determine it or will they just skip it?
