    Yes, these 24's, in any denomination, are so difficult to hunt down.
    I haven't really examined all my 12 Kennedys yet.

    I have been trying to obtain new bank rolls of nickels and dimes and find it hard to believe how hard these are to get. The cents are/were abundant. Usually there are people on ebay selling these rolls at small/reasonable premiums, but currently all I see is people selling these rolls for huge premiums that I refuse to pay. Please contact me if anyone has fresh bank rolls of nickels and dimes, p & d, available.

    Finding a lot of the women quarters now. Like all day, every day. A great many are legit proof like, or very near PL, but heavily banged up.

    Having fun while switching things up and focusing on a next level PCGS slabbed 1950+ type set, while still looking for great examples for the 7070.

    I have found solid rolls of cents and quarters, but not a single nickel, dime or half. I don’t think that they have made many this year so far.

    My MS65. I think it was the best one in my rolls.

    In my Walker rolls, I'm optimistic I have an MS68 quarter! Can't remember if it was P or D. I should know in 4-6 weeks...

    I did some research and here are the current totals for cents through halves from the mint's website.
    Denver is on top, then Philly, then the total.

    Look how low the nickels are.

    All I know is they are generally trying and getting $40/roll ($5 roll) for 2024 dimes on ebay. :(

    That's dimes. The P mint nickels are going $35 a roll and the Denver nickels are blowing the roof out at $120+ a roll. I hope that I get some of these soon.

    Yes, I go to my bank and ask them to order let's say three boxes of nickels to come in the next week. I then wait for them to come and pick them up. Cash for coins.

    As long as they are not mostly 2023s I am happy.

    You should try it.

    P.S. Not all banks will do this, you might have to search around for one that does.

    2023 & 2024 have been SO frustratingly slow finding change to keep our collections current! May finally be time to just give it up.......

    I put in an order for a case of dimes and nickels at my Wells Fargo in Phoenix. Crossing my fingers for 2024's. I'm sure they'll be Denver due to my location. Will let you know if I get lucky.

    Got my cases. Just average cases of nickels and dimes. I've searched about 20% of each so far and nothing interesting to report. :(
    If there are any tips on how to ensure getting cases of 2024 coins I'd be interested, but I'm guessing it's all about what city you're in and what bank you use and a little luck.

    Yeah, It it hard to predict what you will get. I regularly get boxes of solid 2023-P and mixed bixes, but none of 2024, not even one nickel.

    This is a much needed article for this thread.
    I still haven't seen any nickels or dimes. I do however have in my roll stockpile the following brand new coin rolls:
    Cents: 2022, 2023, 2024
    Nickels: 2021-D
    Dimes: 2021-D
    I don't usually keep solid rolls larger than cents, but the 2021-D hoard couldn't be passed up, and I am also always getting more rolls of those darn 2022-P and 2023-P nickels and dimes. I have gotten rolls of 2023 and 2024 quarters, but I don't keep them.

    On a brighter note, I will be in Illinois in the first week of August, so hopefully some 2024-D nickels fall into my hands while I am there.

    Very Nice Finds in last weeks grocery store change :smile:
    This is Very unusual
    out in the far West but picked up a 2024-P Dr Murray Quarter

    also a Mint State 1976-D Bicentennial Quarter with bright clean copper rims

    and Behold !
    A "SMALL DATE 1960-D CENT" (large date shown for reference on the right)
    This is the coin that began the search & chase for circulating rarities in the '60s
    It's amazing that this coin has been in circulation for the last 64 years and no one
    noticed till last week !
    There are still some rare gems floating out there!

    For some reason most of the UNC. 2022 and 2023 nickels that I have found have large hits on them, whereas cents and dimes do not. I am not sure of the reason.
