Sent in silver Jetons for grading and True View pictures and the pictures are absolutely terrible.

When I see newly slabbed dealer jetons for sale their jetons grading 61, 62 look 100% better than mine grading 64, 65.

I mean the difference is ridiculous and so obvious.

Is PCGS giving dealers better pictures then collectors. Something is very wrong here.

    Use the search feature on this site. People (EVERYONE) has been complaining about the abysmal quality of TrueView images for the last year or two. It has affected everyone and PCGS does not seem to care and, if they do, they seem to care only to the extent that they can fix the problems cheaply.

    This is a global PCGS problem that has killed everyone's images.

    It appears you were given the same answer multiple times in your other thread on the same topic on the US coin forum. I'm not certain why you might have thought the answer would be different for foreign coins.

    PCGS states that the True View photos are professional quality photos that enhance your collection. Obviously if they are detracting from your collection which they are, they have a legal problem. We are paying for a service to enhance our collection not detract from it.

    Indeed no good at all, also on the last TV the image on the right is shown with the wrong rotation.

    I like Jetons… never thought of having any graded.

    All of them all washed out.. Terrible top is 65 the other two are 63.

    Customer service said the pictures will be reimaged. I will post those results. Let's see what they look like.
