    The 1970 Jefferson is post mint damage. (PMD)

    The 2 Buffalos appear to be a lamination.

    The Jefferson is diffently PMD. The 2 Buffalos look OK, but a better/closeup would help to determine if there is a problem. I can' t tell you much with out a better photo. The Buffalos do look a little off though.
