The grade is PF-67 CAM.
The spread of guesses was as follows: 65(1), 65+(1), 66(2), 66+(3), 67(16), 67+(1), 68(5), 68+(1). Overall as a group you seem to align perfectly with PCGS, as your guesses average exactly 67.
Two of you said no cameo, two of you said maybe, and two of you said yes. Congrats to @Coinscratch who correctly guessed both the grade and the cameo designation. The cameo is really hard to see in the true view, so don't feel to bad if you got it wrong. My lousy attempts at pictures follow.
My pics show hardly any of the color on it, however the cameo aspect is shown well.

It's easy to see the contrast between the field and the devices. You just never know if it's enough but... Phil did these shots that show the toning especially when they were cameo.
