    Can you take a clear closeup of the 7? Possibly some sort of damage.
    It would be unusual to have a Doubled Die on only one number or letter.

    Do you want to know the value of this coin?

    Did someone else say that this coin is / isn't a DDO and you agree / disagree with them?

    Do you think this is / isn't a DDO and you want to check your opinion?

    Are you trying to understand more about the minting process?

    Do you understand what DDO means (all three letters of that acronym)?

    I can see how it looks like there is a second top bar for the 7.

    It is hard to say what its true nature is, although your photo is above average.

    It could be debris on the 7.

    Or it could be a contact mark which raised up the second bar.

    Why would their motivation change the answer? It might change the type of answer and maybe the attitude of those that reply. However, it either is or isn't a DDO.

    To the OP, it is 100% definitely not a DDO. It is also not a doubled 7 or a repunched 7. I cannot tell from the photos whether it is post mint damage, a die chip or even a foreign substance.

    All comments reflect the opinion of the author, even when irrefutably accurate.

    The OP has posted essentially the same question repeatedly, and they've received essentially the same answer every time. That answer clearly isn't working for them. The OP isn't going to get a different answer without telling us what they're trying to accomplish.
