    @MFeld

putting all typo and grammar mistakes that Mark makes, he has got to be the longest poster and one you'll get a proper response.
I also believe he dates back to over 20 years here.

Is it true that PricewaterhouseCoopers will be tabulating the votes for CU King?

    If not, who?

    🤔

Will runners up be granted a Dukedom to help keep the peace?

Having fun while switching things up and focusing on a next level PCGS slabbed 1950+ type set, while still looking for great examples for the 7070.

The identity of the vote counter must remain a closely guarded secret, due to the fear of numerous massive bribery attempts. I heard a rumor that half of a king’s ransom was already offered. 😮

@MFeld (@coinguy1) So you were booted off this forum? I thought that I'd heard that. So, if you were, you definitely have my vote. The majority of the most knowledgeable members have been booted off.

Well, I'd vote for you anyway.

Yes. I think it was more than 15 years ago and I was invited back by the then-president of PCGS in 2019.

Why would a coin forum kick off the knowledgeable numismatists. Eventually that must lower the quality of the answers. What did they do? I cannot image what this place would be if the members being voted on were dead or banned. Oh yes I can, it would be like the other TPGS forum I quit posting on before I joined here. Anyway, I'd vote for several of the choices but cannot pick just one.

Mark had made a valid point (like he usually does), David Hall took umbrage and then he booted him. Sometimes the numismatic ego can be quite fragile.

So…. The potential future king was previously pardoned by the President. I teach Civics for a living and I’m confused. 😉

I copied this comment from a PMD "error" thread. This is just the kind of situation that needs a king to make a official decision on.

The official winner is @MFeld !
You now must put that you are the unofficial king of CU for 2024 in your signature.

All must respect @MFeld by adding HRM before his name.

That’s all, hope you enjoyed the discussion and are looking forward to next year!

    Thank you, but…

My signature line won’t be undergoing such a change.😉

Respect (if applicable) is earned, not forced.

While understandably, a number of people took this thread very lightly, I didn’t. By that, I mean that it’s important to me that I’m able to make solid/helpful contributions to this forum. And if several people feel that I succeed at that, I’m glad.

This is a great forum, due to the combined efforts and contributions from
    many members.

That’s exactly the way a good king would put it.

Enough with the humble stuff! When will the Maundy Coins be coming out????? >:)

Calling @dcarr, could such an undertaking be arranged to honor the Noble King Feld, leader of the realm? (in all seriousness, I would be happy to finance this depending on cost of die production, if there was enough interest from the forum, and, of course, his Majesty's approval 😉.

In the style of a 15th century groat. The portrait would be his avatar surrounded by legend MARCVS D G REX CU FORVM. Reverse long cross, outer legend NON VOLUIT SED MERUIT (not wanted, but deserved), inner legend CIVITAS DALLAS (that's where he is now, right?). Uncial font, of course.
