Powerdecks and Baseball Card Reprints Information

Hello All, can someone please tell me what these powerdecks are and do some hold value? Please forgive my ignorance but how do you watch them? Lastly, will reprints and shoebox series cards such as these ever hold any value.

I would only put it in a tray load and not a slot load.

Shiny side down. Don’t listen to it backwards!
