Is this 1980 S SBA Artificial toning or Natural toning? Are all pink and blue toned coins artificially toned? And the 1961 Jefferson Nickel?

Both seem market acceptable. The nickels from 1959-1964 (plus some other years) are known to tone like that (or even more vividly) and plenty are in straight graded PCGS holders. The SBA is less known to tone but I have also seen a handful in PCGS holders.

The Merc looks natural to me as well.
The first 2 might be NT, but happened quickly and you can’t tell for sure if NT or AT so Questionable Toning would be a good designation for them.

All three would sell for a toning premium compared to a generic blast white version of the same coin.
I would say the sba is at. The jeff and merc look nt to me. Jeffs get some nice color. Here's one I have.

I'd say PCGS will say all three are market acceptable.
I think they're all truly questionable.

The SB looks like AT BS yuck
The Jefferson,,,? Somethings just not right to me.
The dime, a little on the dark side to enhance, I guess. Therefore can't comment.
Now I could rip the photo's into layers, if it was important, but it's kinda late.
All 3 look AT to me. Though I might change my mind for the dime if seen in hand.
I'll solve the problem. Let's play finish the sentence.

The SBA looks AT.
Pinks and blues can absolutely be natural. I have a coin i bought about 35 years ago. Its been stored properly for the entire time and has pink tone only. Other coins stored with it are entirely white.

The Pink color on the SBA looks strange. I would lean towards AT on the SBA. The othes look NT to me (IMHO).

I think you got everything backwards.
The 1980-S dollar and 1961 nickel look NT.
The 1938-S dime looks too shiny and scratchy on the face, so I think the toning on that one is on top of problems.
