    It looks like someone already tried.

    You can ask them for their recommendation but the staining will be hard to remove.

    The stain looks like some kind of ink. The coin itself looks like it has already been cleaned. I doubt it is a candidate for "restoration".

    The pink hue that I see in your images is consistent with copper that has already been treated with various cleaning solvents and agents. It is also a color that will almost universally get a coin bagged as cleaned or questionable color.
