Due to family responsibilities, I was not able to attend the Friday session. That was regrettable, as I heard that the show was swamped when it opened to the public at noon. I did set up on Saturday early and experienced what I would rightfully call a "feeding frenzy" first by dealers, then by the public. I noticed the absence of low-ballers and tire kickers. Sold about half my inventory. Something that REALLY impressed me was the very noticeable presence of security. I was introduced to six, yes SIX, security officers (all former police officers) who provided coverage inside the show, as well as in the parking area! And the Expo Center is located in a very good and safe area. (Take heed, Baltimore) And during the show, Nick, the show organizer, was coming around asking how things were going and if we needed anything. When did you ever see that? At the end, the security was there to take you to your car. I know this is only the second event, but this show is already making waves in location, free parking, attention to detail and all the amenities you could want. Oh, and the free coffee and donuts were a great thing as well! This show is certain to grow and is currently the best kept secret in the area! (But not for long.) So kudos to Nick Campione and his team! You worked your butts off and it shows! Looking forward to the next one!

The busiest hours for me were Friday between 1 and 2 and Saturday from 11 to 12.
I sold more than I expected given I literally grabbed a double row box out of the safe (~64 slabs) that was due to be shipped out next week at the last minute on Thursday afternoon and priced it that night. I tried to price stuff fairly competitively, leaving some room for profit, unless I really liked the coin, in which case I was definitely high. Overall, I sold about $4k worth of stuff, mostly $100-$150 coins with just a few outliers. I'm sure with another case, more coins, including some nicer material and some bullion, I would have easily sold 2x that. Almost everything I had could be categorized as old holders or toned dollars. That's it.
There was a nice cross-section of the general public there, from younger folks just getting their toes wet, to vest dealers and older collectors. I'll try to be a bit more prepared for the next one and hopefully have a better spread. I had no idea I was going to be selling at this show until 18 hours beforehand.
I also did a fair amount of buying at the show, which was the main reason I was there. I'll definitely be back in the future, this show has a ton of potential and should only get better and better.

The coolest part for me was there were a few people interested in half cents there. I love talking about coins, but approach me on half cents and you have my attention. Some of them were just starting and passionate about it, and I loved that. The crowd was heavy enough to bring traffic, but light enough to talk to the dealers and collectors without feeling corralled.
I was very torn between two coins. One was an 1807 Bust Quarter in PCGS30CAC, and the other was an 1804 Half Cent C-8 (M.6) "Spiked Chin" in NCG62. In the end, I went for the half cent because...I have a problem with them. But, I love that quarter, and wish I could have had them both. (The scratches in the pics are on the holder. I am going to try to restore the holder, but may have to have it re-holdered)
I am a newer collector (started April 2020), and I primarily focus on U.S. Half Cents and Type Coins. Early copper is my favorite.
