What grade would you give this 1938 Mercury Dim

Just wondering what grade some one would give this Mercury Dime. Also do you think it has been cleaned. Do you think this might be a FB too. My grading skills aren't great, but I believe I would grade it as an XF. Thanks in advance for your thoughts. 🙂

    Hard to give a grade from photos supplied but I can say it is not a FB.

    Definitely not a FB but cannot even try to grade it from the pics.
