A real “Whodunnit”

All parties are presumed innocent for now, but I thought the story was obscure enough for a post here.

Disgusting. If true I hope he gets the full 10 years!

    "Caspar the friendly ghost...."

False reporting is a serious drag on the police. The guy behind this will pay dearly.

Wow. That all unfolded like a tightly written episode of CSI: Coin Shop.

I wonder how many Gold Buyers in my town are just fronts for thieves.

Even the legit owners must run dry of empathy and trust.

When your go to guy is on parole for burglary?

Just the first time he has gotten caught IMHO

Actually, I think it was Popeye who said that.

Why did they name the coin dealer but refused to name his accomplice

I think I have seen the dealer pictured at the Denver Coin Expo a couple years ago, and maybe even had a couple small dealings with him.

Sad but true it is better be safe than sorry.

I prefer collecting coins in lower circulated condition G04 to F12

Reminds me of the few hours I once spent in Casper many years ago. Very much an oil town back in those days.

    Smitten with DBLCs.
