I’d say you’re wrong, 😆
One cannot accurately asses the coin from the pictures you provided.
Well, first of all where did you get it graded secondly it is impossible to grade from these pics.
It might as well be details or counterfeit. Assuming it's N I'll go 64.
edit: because of your avatar.
I agree not possible to grade from the pictures but best guess is MS62 due to what appears to be pretty decent gashed on the chin. Otherwise would be 63/64.

Pics are rough. But, I wouldn’t be surprised this turns out to be a 66 situation. However, the ding in the eagles left wing looks gashcious and now I’m thinking it turns out to be a 65 situation. Cheek looks decent, but again - those pics!
Assuming it’s an N band?
Having fun while switching things up and focusing on a next level PCGS slabbed 1950+ type set, while still looking for great examples for the 7070.
How does the chin issue and large amount of chatter at base of neck not limit the grade and exclude anything higher than a 64. IMHO I'd probably go 63 based on the picture.
Well, just Love coins, period.

I’d grade it underexposed and unfocused.
Need better (clearer, more focused) pics to even have a good guess.
