I came across a 1971 S Lincoln Cent, and I'm questioning it's weight being 2.7

I know it's weight should be 3.1. look at the strike on this coin (below). There's no rub damage.
What is the tolerance weight of this date ? I looked briefly, but it's a no show.
This coin weigh's 2.7.
Also, you know me, all hands on deck, (lol) out come the filters for more questions, If I may ?
This coin was not created on my end. Only filters were used to create a better view. (and more questions)

Looks like some corrosion damage to me, which would likely account for the loss of some weight, along with the normal tolerances for the cent?
Or maybe acid.
Also on the reverse, FG seems, could be, and just might be...a no show also. I'm working on this myth presently.
I'm aware that......even if there's a hint of something embossed in the area, move on.
Need to know the tolerance level if possible. and will my bubble gum machine take it.

You really need a scale to two decimal points, one is not accurate enough.
The tolerance on a 1972 cent is +-12 g

I do have a very nice 1971 S, but this will do for my comfort factor. It's either play poker or this.
Also It's feels good to be back again in the graphic arts mode, even if it's totally the opposite of creating,
So....3.1 vs 2.7. This one is 3.1 and just comparing the two. Why ? I'm bored.
