All we can tell is it looks like a 78, 7tf rev of 78. Most likely ms, maybe. Beyond that we cannot discern the condition of the coin. Is it a $50 coin or is it a $500 coin? No one knows!
Alternatively you can ship it to me and I will image it free of charge and return it, or make an offer based on what it actually looks like in hand. I have a lot of references if you need. I can give you samples of the type of images you will receive as well.
