Can't decide if it is VF25 or 30...perhaps ownership adds 5 (or 10) points.

Score for 90%, I originally thought Fine, and not my series, but Photograde would have this at G8. A Fine will have a sharp date, shield complete around its outer edge, and almost all the major detail of the feathers will show. Seems missing on coin. What am I missing.
