It's a sm date sm fraction.
The 1803 on the right is a large date, small fraction and I hope I am right, for you.

I think both pieces are Small Dates.

I think it’s an S-260. An R.1 coin.
Edited to add: I was looking at the coin on the left.

Tough coin that one - 1803 "Large Fraction/Small Date", S-264.
My CQR (2011) says it is R-4+ and prices it much higher that the "Large Date/Large Fraction" S-265, which is a R-4.
I have never really understood the very large value difference between these two.
I was able to cherry-pick an S-265 a few years ago - came very close to the S-264
.
I once had an S-265 that I sold to raise funds for an enormous Seated purchase. Even though it had porous surfaces, I wish I had it back, as they are tricky to locate.
The S-264 is a rare coin, and it has always been very expensive. Most of them are in poor condition. I do not have an example to show.
Another 1803 variety that proved challenging to locate was S-249, corrected fraction. The corrected fractions from 1801(S-221) are available, but the 1803 eluded me for a long time.
