Should list either small or large 5c on label….

It’s just the way the label is formatted since it has the die variety listed. LM-4 has a small “5c”
In PCGS CoinFacts, Capped Bust Half Dimes, 1836 Small 5c,https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin/1836-h10c-small-5c/4288 About halfway down the page, if you click on "Show Related Coins and Varieties (6)" it will expand and list LM-2, LM-4 and LM-5.
