Online Submission "Error" - Anyone else having issues?

I am trying to complete an online Regular submission, and both last night and today when I click on "next" after entering credit card info, I get the "errors happen" screen with the speared buffalo.
Has anyone else experienced this recently? It's a bummer because I was hoping to get the submission in the mail today.

I have never experienced that problem. My first thought is to cancel out the current submission and start a brand new one.
Perhaps use a different browser also.

Tried both, still getting the error. I e-mailed PCGS Customer Service but will probably not hear back until Monday at the earliest.
Instead of credit card, choose another pay option like pay with check.
I know, you already tried that. 😉

Well I finally got it to work for 2 submissions, now it is doing it again on the third one. Grrrrr.
I had tried on my mobile and laptop and got the error, emailed support, and they advised (within 30 minutes by email) they were having known issues with online submission, and to use the paper forms. I'll wait until the online submission is working again though, I am in no rush.
Still not working. Hopefully they fix on Monday, the papers forms are a pain and they only go up to 20 coins (can do 50 for each online form).
