    I had this case made if I need to carry them around somewhere or need them to be stored in a watertight environment.

    Tape residue from an old sticker.

    The slab is some kind of acrylic - you can remove it with an alcohol swab (used when you get an injection). I don't recommend letting the alcohol pool on the surface, but dampening and then rubbing the residue off is usually safe.

    I wouldn't use any chemicals on any slab. All you need is a little heat from a hair dryer and that tape residue will come right off.

    You are more likely to damage the slab with a heat gun / hair dryer than an alcohol swab you put on your skin.

    Area on the surface that hasn’t toned. You can see the pull away toning near the date. I’ll get better images in a few days.
