One of the big surprises of my life. Mr. Ruddy helped me select a XF Bust Half back in the late 1980-s. In the mid 90-s I chose that as the coin for my free submission for having purchased the PCGS book. I was in shock for weeks after it came back in a VF-35 slab. At the time I was
