    64, stickered.

Edit: On mycollect, I would guess 63+ and get 18 points if it were either 63 or 64. I was leaning more towards 64 so i went with that.

The coin does have a really nice look, so I understand the mid sixties already posted. But I did register my agreement on the luster/photo issue. And some of the the high points look like there might be a touch of rub. So, I'll go out on a limb and go with 58, with sticker. If it were my coin, I think I'd be disappointed with that...

The strike and color are excellent. If this coin has excellent luster, I could see it in as high as an MS67 holder.

A little history, I was considering a purchase from Coin Rarities Online when they had this lovely piece for sale on 3/13/2018 and at that time it was housed in an NGC No Line Fatty MS65 slab with a cac sticker, I eventually passed since I had another 1834 at the time

Very pretty! What you have there is the 1834 LM-1 marriage. It pairs 1834 obverse die 1 with reverse V. Later, obv 1 is paired with reverse W in the LM-3. These two die marriages are known collectively as the "3 over inverted 3" variety. The 3 in the date was punched into the die backward at first and then fixed - but the remnants of the inverted punch are still visible - and your coin shows this feature nicely. In the earlier LM-1 coins, the bottom loop of 8 is not yet filled. But during LM-1, the die chips and you get the glob in 8 that yours has. So I conclude your coin is a later die state. Since LM-3 was minted after, ALL instances of that marriage have the filled 8.

Incidentally, there seem to be a lot of high-grade LM-1s out there. A trip to coinfacts shows some nice ones: https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin/1834-h10c-lm-1-fs-301-3-inverted/38705
I don't know why that would be - but if anyone does, I'd love to learn!
