Is this Capped Bust Half Dollar cleaned

I’ve been coin collecting for a few years, and I won this at a auction with my dad, I’m pretty sure that it’s real, but i wasnt sure if it was cleaned cause it looks really shiny, if anyone has any idea whether it’s cleaned or not.

A helpful rule of thumb is “if you have to ask, it’s cleaned.”
Here’s an example of what one that isn’t cleaned should look like:

Over dipped would be a better explanation. But dipping is a form of cleaning esp on circulated coins. Lots of dipped XF/AUs in old soapbar ANACS from back in the day which is one of the big things that led to their market reputation dissolving.
One thing people look for is patina is applied in layers over decades. Toning, grime, uneven wear and oils. Most cleaning leave the skin of the coin 1 layer deep. Even old cleanings might have a 2nd layer on it but not the 3 dimensional look/layers that @CircCam coin has

Not to be negative but if you had to ask that question about that coin you should learn more before considering the purchase of any classic coin. VF bust halves should not look like the Ike dollar in you photo.
Advice offered to save you a LOT of money.
A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.
A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.
It's real, but it's been dipped to death.
Many folks do not care for over-dipped circulated coinage, but if that is what floats your boat then go for it. Just know what you are looking at first.

Great strike and remaining detail on the example. Not a terrible looking coin besides the unnaturally bright surfaces. Over-dipped as said before.

I wouldn’t buy a RAW coin from GSA…..their raw coins don’t have a good reputation in our home….
